Excuse me, what do you think of your bank?

MEMBERS of the public walking down King Street last week were stopped and asked how good they think their bank is.

Staff from NatWest, including regional manager Peter Shirreffs, carried out a survey on passers-by to find out how good the service is at their bank, whether they feel valued as a customer and how their bank’s customer service compared with other industries.

The survey was completed as part of National Customer Service Week which runs from 1-7 October.
