Lloyds TSB wins ‘most family friendly’ award

LLOYDS TSB are the most family friendly employers in the Island.
At a breakfast organised by the Jersey Child Care Trust on Monday the firm were announced as the Family Friendly Employer of the Year.
Nomination forms for the award were issued in April and Trust representatives then visited firms to find out about their polices and attitudes towards such things as paternity and maternity leave, sick children and emergency leave.
br>There were 51 companies nominated for the award and 49 attended Monday’s event.
