Therin retains British bobsleigh title in Austria

LAUREN THษRIN has capped a superb season off by retaining the British Bobsleigh Championship title in Igls, Austria, with Nicola Minichiello on Friday.
Therin was also named top brakewoman in the competition.
The GB1 team have had a great season including finishing sixth at this year’s World Championship and Therin also helped Minichiello to seventh in the World Cup with a top finish of fourth in the series.
The NatWest Jersey bobsleigh team were also at the British Championship, competing in the men’s event with Will Golder and Kevan Crowell finishing 12th from 19.
