Friday 14th March 2008, 12:00AM GMT.
A FATHER alleged to have launched an internet hate campaign against a Jersey headmistress, accusing her of child abuse, has been banned from setting foot on any part of her school’s grounds.
The Royal Court has issued an interim injunction stopping the man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, from entering the primary school and from ‘harming or harassing’ the headmistress or her deputy.
The action, which was brought by the Education Minister, alleged that the man behaved in an ‘aggressive, offensive and unacceptable manner’ towards staff.
