A FRENCH cycling legend who won the Tour de France five times was in Jersey yesterday to celebrate the Island’s links with the Tour de Bretagne.

Bernard Hinault (53) was visiting Jersey as part of the build-up to this year’s race, a stage of which was held in Jersey last year.
