Walker dismisses claim that bills are soaring
Friday 18th April 2008, 12:00AM BST.

He was speaking following warnings issued yesterday that members of T&G Unite, Jersey’s largest union, were intent of rejecting any pay offer based upon the 3.2 per cent March RPI figure released this week.
