Goose Green inquiry ‘is seriously flawed’

DEVELOPERS Dandara have said that the committee of inquiry into the Goose Green site is seriously flawed.

They claim that evidence given at the two-day public hearing is inaccurate in terms of the information given and the misconceptions arising.

Dandara’s PR manager Christine Holmes has said that the company has worked very closely with Planning and Transport and will continue to meet all its obligations detailed in the planning obligation agreement.

On Thursday and Friday witnesses giving evidence to the inquiry said that Planning requirements to have flooding, drainage and noise measures in place had still not been resolved despite homes being sold.
