Serena crowned Rookie of the Year

Serena Guthrie’s fantastic season in netball has been recognised by the Superleague as she was announced as the Rookie of the Year at their inaugural Player of the Year awards ceremony.

In front of an invited audience at the ICC in Birmingham, Guthrie (18) was named the top rookie having established herself in Team Bath starting seven this season and then earlier this month winning her first England cap in the Test series against Malawi.
