Nurse suspended from hospital duty

A NURSE working at the General Hospital has been suspended from duty and an investigation launched into allegations of improper conduct.
No details have been given as to the reason for the suspension of the female nurse or any comment made as to when the suspension began.
However, the JEP understands that it related to an incident in March and was connected to drug administration.
Health chief executive Mike Pollard said: ‘I can confirm that a nurse working at the General Hospital has been suspended to enable an investigation to take place.
