Incinerator: Why can’t we get it right?

I WAS incensed yet again to hear about the ongoing trouble with our incinerator.

Is it me, or have we not known for a long time that the incinerator is coming to the end of its life? Our States Members really need to get their act together on this one.

Surely it is far more important to get this sorted instead of spending valuable time, effort and money on Waterfront projects like the sinking of roads.

Think about the awful effects the build-up of rubbish will have on the Island population – the health risk, vermin problems, let alone the smell for people who live nearby.

Come on, guys, use your common sense and get a grip, please.
