00576371_cropped.jpgINVESTEC and the Jersey Sports Association for the Disabled took their relationship to new heights this month when they chose the Jersey Eye as the location to renew their partnership agreement.

Putting pen to paper to agree JSAD as Investec’s charity of choice for a further three years was Investec Trust’s managing director, Mike Spittal, and JSAD chairman, Paul Patterson.

Members of JSAD, Investec staff, and their families took a ride on the Eye to celebrate the deal. ‘I’m thrilled that Investec has agreed to continue to support us,’ said Mr Patterson. ‘They have truly been a tremendous help with staff and resourcing, as well as funding, over the past year.

‘We have forged a fantastic relationship with both staff and management and it is needless to say that the association has significantly benefited since Investec has become involved.’ Mr Spittal said: ‘Almost every modern organisation has a sponsorship arrangement of some nature but not all partnerships are as successful as our relationship with the JSAD has been.
