Last February Sullivan removed legendary Russian swimmer Alexander Popov’s name from the record books when he demolished his own personal best time with a staggering 21.28 seconds at the Olympic Trials.

Former AIB Tigers coach Matt Magee, now head coach at City of Perth SC, said: ‘The boys got off the plane on Thursday and were in the water that night.
