ON hearing Senator Syvret’s live interview on Radio 4 for the first time, I’m embarrassed to be a Jerseyman to hear the Senator blaming everyone else in authority and giving the impression that he is the only one who cares.
I’m ashamed that someone should use the whole regrettable episode for personal aggrandisement and to score personal political points.
