Economic Development are looking for a chairman and five members for the Skills Jersey Board, which will work to make sure that training opportunities in Jersey will match the skills wanted by employers.

The job will pay well. The chairman will get £12,500 a year for about 30 days’ work, and the five members will each get £5,000 for a commitment of around ten days.

Economic Development, who with Education and Social Security make up the three departments involved, are looking for individuals, employer representative bodies and union representatives.
