IPES (International Private Equity Services Ltd), which opened a new office on the Esplanade in February, recently celebrated its tenth anniversary.

Company founders Connie Helyer and Peter Gillson will remain on the board as chairman and non-executive director respectively.

The other members of the board are Guernsey-based chief executive Kevin Brennan (who previously worked for Mourant), business development director Julie Jones, operations director Barry McClay, and Duncan Johnson, a partner of majority shareholders RJD.
