Law courts are there to judge evidence
Tuesday 2nd September 2008, 2:59PM BST.
From Chris Whitworth.
I TOTALLY agree with the letter from Diane Couser (JEP, 28 August) which basically questions the role of religion within the Law Courts.
The whole concept of the Court of Law is to make judgments on the evidence at hand. Therefore, until there is conclusive evidence to prove religious beliefs to be correct, religion has no place in a courthouse.
