Charged to change my ticket the day before pull-out

I AM a regular traveller with HD Ferries and I am disgusted with the way they have just pulled the plug on future sailings.

I changed a ticket the day before the news was made public, which cost me £97 just for the change, and then found out the following day that they are not sailing after Sunday until possibly next year. I still have four more trips outstanding for this year.

I think it’s about time for the States to get together and get a regular ferry service with low-cost fares for the people of the Island.

I and other travellers vote Senators and Deputies in to do a job which I don’t think they do as well as they should.
