I thought he’d be pleased

From Terry Connor.
I WAS quite nonplussed by Ben Quérée’s criticism in Monday’s JEP of the Environment Scrutiny panel’s attempt to send the Constables to a recycling centre in Cardiff.
Judging by the tenor of the rest of his article – and his previous columns – I would have thought that he would have championed any suggestion to despatch the entire States Membership for recycling.
