Sporting Academics advanced into the semi-finals of the Jersey Football Association’s Wheway Cup after coming from behind to win 3-1 away to St Ouen last night.
The all-Coca-Cola Premiership clash was decided with second-half goals from Jamie Roberts, Phil Helleur and Danny Evans. Accies now face title-chasing St Paul’s in the last four in February. John Evans had given St Ouen an early lead.
Grouville await one of three teams, Jersey Scottish, St Peter or Jersey Wanderers, in the second semi-final, also scheduled for February..
