ON reading your article on Dan Murphy’s paint job at Transvaal (JEP, 17 November), I felt I had to put pen to paper as a parishioner of Grouville.
I and just about everyone else I have talked to think that it has brightened the area up tenfold. Well done, Dan. Maybe if you’d painted ‘Norman Ltd’ on the gable end the Planning department would have left you alone.
