Election result: St Helier No 3
Wednesday 26th November 2008, 11:52PM GMT.
After a recount, two Deputies were declared to have lost their seats in St Helier No 3.
Transport Minister Guy de Faye and Overseas Aid chairman Jacqui Huet were unseated and Deputy Ben Fox only held onto his place in the States by one vote.
Air Display organiser Mike Higgins and Headway founder Andrew Green are the district’s new Deputies, coming second and third behind Deputy Jackie Hilton, who topped the poll for the third time.
Deputy Fox just took the district’s fourth seat, one vote ahead of Consumer Council worker Suzette Hase.
