Saints duo out for Trinity clash
Saturday 29th November 2008, 10:00AM GMT.
CHAMPIONS St Paul’s will have to overcome the handicap of missing two key players this afternoon when they oppose Coca-Cola Combination Premiership leaders Trinity at St Saviour.
Leading goalscorer Craig Russell is out of the Island while midfielder Luke Watson misses a match against one of his previous clubs because of a suspension.
Both clubs take unbeaten league records into the game with Trinity currently leading the way, from a game played more, by three points with both having an identical goal difference.
Saints skipper Stuart André (pictured) said: ‘Games with Trinity are always tight and tough and it will be no different today I’m sure. We’re playing on a small pitch which no doubt will be very soft but we’re all looking forward to it.’
