Cable & Wireless Jersey, which trades locally as Sure, won the award for Consistent Best in Class Customer Experience Performance at a gala dinner in Kingston, Jamaica, last month. It was presented to employees in Jersey on 20 November.

The award is based on customer surveys conducted in retail outlets. The Jersey team had a customer satisfaction target of 90 but achieved scores of 100 in April, May, August and September – more than any other Cable & Wireless global business team.

The gala evening, which formed part of a customer experience workshop, celebrated successes and best practice across Cable & Wireless’s international offices and showcased individual excellence and service passion. Eddie Saints, the chief executive of Sure in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Bermuda, presented the award to the Jersey team.
