I DESPAIR when I read headlines such as ‘Bid for delay on tax on accommodation fails’.
All the laws on redundancy and deposit protection, etc, are delayed for whatever reason, but anything to do with GST is unstoppable.
What will it take to get some sort of balance in the States on the order of importance?
