Print management firm joins forces with group in UK
Thursday 15th January 2009, 2:57PM GMT.
PRINT management and photocopying specialist IOS Digital has joined Lincolnshire-based Danwood Group.
The Jersey firm, which has been trading for 12 years, will continue under the IOS Digital brand but as a wholly owned subsidiary of Danwood. The terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
IOS founder and director Graham Guyett said the deal would enable the firm to bid for larger contracts and take on new staff because it now had the back-up of Danwood’s engineering resources and larger product range.
‘The Danwood Group has a well-established print consultancy business within Europe, and in these uncertain times IOS Digital will be able to offer Jersey businesses the same opportunity,’ he said. ‘Danwood is the only company in the UK that is an approved trainer for all of the brands it supplies – training which IOS Digital staff will have access to.’
