WHEN Mary Ann beers returned to Island shelves recently, the JEP published an old picture of a group of pub landlords.

The picture prompted some memories from Suzanne Le Brocq, whose father, Arthur Gueno, was among those photographed. Since the picture was published we have also been contacted by Victor Hugo sales manager Tony Russell with a full line up of those photographed.

The photograph was taken on 30 January 1944 and the directors and staff were as follows:
