THE Office were in seventh heaven on Monday after beating Bacchus Bar 7-1 in the Quants Jersey Winter Darts League to secure the Division I title.

With just one round of matches remaining The Office remain three points clear of nearest rivals Tivoli B.

Office success came courtesy of wins from Paul Le Gresley, Paul Nolan, Mark Edwards, Phil Speak (17 dart leg), Mark James, Martyn Quant and Steve Eusebini, the latter throwing a 17-dart leg. Willie Allan won for the Bacchus Bar.

Hoping for the leaders to slip up Tivoli B beat Tivoli A 5-3, with wins for Craig Quémard, Eddie Le Bailly, Colin Avrill, Gerry Wareing and Nathen Le Bailly. Gary Powell, Leigh Devine and Eddie Le Blond won for the A team.

Bagot A beat Southampton, with wins for Tony Potter, Ray Kennedy, Mark Buckingham, Stewart McGrogan and Nigel Dowden. Jimmy Hislop had a 15 finish – double 3, 3, double 3, while Nathan Baudains, John Casey and Jaz Ide had wins for the Southampton.
