Deputies to face Royal Court

DEPUTIES Geoff Southern and Shona Pitman will be sentenced by the Royal Court after pleading guilty to breaking the Public Elections Law.
The Magistrate’s Court today declined jurisdiction, despite police legal adviser Sara O’Donnell arguing that the case should remain in the lower court.
