A fast track for developers?

ONCE again we are victims of ‘spin’. Planning claim to be offering speedier service to aid the economy of the Island (JEP, 16 February). Is this really to assist the local builders or a fast track for the developers?
Our esteemed Council of Ministers seem to think that Jersey people are extremely gullible. There is an old saying, ‘money talks’. Jersey is an excellent example of this.
