Challenge the chief on Jersey’s future

0615923_cropped.jpgISLANDERS can question the Chief Minister about Jersey’s future during an online discussion on the Strategic Plan next week.

Senator Terry Le Sueur is inviting the public to share their thoughts on the draft Strategic Plan, which outlines Jersey’s social, environmental and economic priorities for the next there years.

The sessions, during which Senator Le Sueur will answer questions in real time, will be held between 1 pm and 2 pm and 6 pm and 7.30 pm next Wednesday.

Senator Le Sueur said: ‘The Council of Ministers wants as wide a range of feedback as possible on the Strategic Plan. By using different methods of consultation, such as the online forum, we hope that people may be able to find the time to learn more, get more detail or have their particular question answered in a way and at a time that suits them.’

    ‘…we hope that the Chief Minister and the Council Of Ministers may be able to find the time to learn more…’

    No doubt the only questions to get through or answered online will be ones carefully planned by the CM beforehand.Remember ‘Imagine Jersey 2035′ or the Dandara phone in for tall towers?
