A right bunch of characters!

JERSEY children went to school dressed up as their favourite book character as part of World Book day on Thursday.

Hundreds of children in Jersey’s primary and secondary schools took part in the international day which celebrates books and reading. Local author Babette Cole visited a number of schools and presented a master class on writing and illustrating a children’s picture book.
