Pegasus retain top flight crown after three-way fight

PEGASUS have retained the Barclays Wealth Jersey Table Tennis Association League Division I title after beating CCC B 7-3 in last week’s round of matches.
The team of Dave Cronin, Bruce Gallichan, Scott Cassin and Clive Hansford secured 29 points from 18 matches to keep the crown after a long and hard fought three-way battle for the top spot with CCC A and St Joseph A – whose match against each other last week ended in a 5-5 draw.
