Danny’s sets out to do diners a very big flavour

_MG_9449A NEW restaurant in St Aubin is giving Islanders a taste for the finer flavours in life.

Danny’s, formerly the Harbour View restaurant, opened last month and is serving up fresh local produce in one of the finest settings in the Island.

It is run by chefs Danny Moisan (45) and Dave Haynes (29), who have 40 years of cooking experience between them.

‘I have seen a lot of changes in food and watched its evolution,’ said Mr Moisan. ‘But one thing that has stayed with me throughout is the passion for flavour, which is what this restaurant is all about – great taste and passion for flavour.’
