Mills stays on course for 100% record

Charley MILLS continued his 100 per cent record in the 85 cc big wheel class to take the feature event of the JMC&LCC’s Eastern Joinery motocross meet at Sorel last weekend.

Mills took all three races in fine style and remains the only rider to have won all his races since the start of the season.

For a newcomer to the class this is an impressive achievement, especially as he is up against some of the hottest competition in motocross.

Another promising rider, Kieran Gregory, pushed Mills all the way and was leading the last race when the latter’s brakes were not equal to his enthusiasm and speed. However, it was not to be Gregory’s day as he ran out of fuel in sight of the finish.
