New recruitment company

THE former head of group recruitment at Mourant, Shelley Kendrick, has set up her own business.
Kendrick Rose, which is based at Lister House in the Parade, is specialising in senior-level recruitment and selection for financial and commercial organisations.
Ms Kendrick worked at Mourant for 11 years, starting as human resources team manager. In her last role she was responsible for recruitment across 11 jurisdictions.
‘In the current economic climate companies have never been more focused on the long-term cost of recruitment,’ she said. ‘Our success will not be measured by how many candidates we place, but how long they stay with that organisation.’
