Recruitment firm expands into new sectors

AN agency which specialises in finding staff for the construction industry is expanding into other commercial sectors.

Grafters, which is based in Jersey and also has a UK operation, has set up a new department for the hospitality, fulfilment, IT and retail sectors.

Director James Baker explained: ‘We have been gradually working with an increasing number of clients and candidates from other sectors and we decided that the next step was to diversify and to offer the same service that we offer the construction industry.’

The firm has also appointed Hugo Morel as a senior consultant in the UK operation, Grafters Construction Services.
