Nerina to start her next tour in Jersey

JERSEY singing star Nerina Pallot has announced that she will be kicking off her next British tour in the Island.

The singer-songwriter, who has just completed her third album, will perform at the Opera House on Friday 25 September – the week before the record is due to be released. She will then travel the country to perform at a further 15 venues, finishing in Norwich on 28 October.

‘I had decided that I wanted to do a show in Jersey this year, so it made sense to either start or finish my tour in the Island,’ she said. ‘I’ve never performed in Jersey as part of one of my UK tours before so I’m really excited about doing this.’

Nerina returned to Jersey last night to perform at Durrell’s 50th anniversary ball – 25 years after singing at their silver anniversary concert. Both events saw her performing in front of the Princess Royal.
