Ross Crick: Showed great form for Jersey in the NatWest Island Games last week

CHANNEL Islands champions St Paul’s have added two Island Games and Muratti squad players to their first-team squad for the 2009-2010 season.

Striker Ross Crick and defender Jack Cannon have departed Jersey Scottish and St Peter, respectively, while winger Danny Flynn has rejoined the club he played for as a junior from Scottish.

A total of 76 moves were completed during the June transfer window – any other transfers can now not be completed before the start of the season.

St Peter have been hardest hit with just two new signings – one former Manchester United and Port Vale midfielder Ashley Dodd – while ten players with first-team experience have left for pastures new.

Grouville have had the biggest turnover of players with eight departing and 14 joining, the latter including a clutch from St Peter, namely Joel Speight, Marco Vieira, Scott Walsh, Ryan Durand and Bradley Russell.
