Bring back the committee system

IT has become obvious to me that the present ministerial government is not working well.
Power has been moved from a committee system, where reason had to be considered, to individual ministers who seem to please themselves on policy.
Soon our government will be trying to alter the way in which we will be represented by removing the Senators and, possibly, the Constables.
The present mix, in my opinion, would be fine, if we were to return to the committee system. Perhaps we should ask the people of Jersey how they wish to be represented, since we have experienced both systems now.
