A FINAL year art student at Highlands College has found herself an ideal summer job –by opening her own business.

Angela Simoncelli runs the Zanzina Art Gallery and coffee bar, on the St Brelade’s Bay walkway, below the former Zanzibar restaurant.

The setting could not be more idyllic for Mrs Simoncelli, who lives in the neighbourhood with husband Andrea, two children aged 13 and seven, and the family dog.

Not only can she showcase the work of her fellow Highlands students, but is also able to sit and work on small pieces while waiting for customers.
