Pilot is thought to have died of insulin overdose

A BUSINESSMAN and pilot who was found dead last week after a two-day search died of a suspected insulin overdose.

Gregory Alan Graham (59), managing director of Aviation Beauport, was last seen at about 11.45 pm on 15 September, an inquest heard on Wednesday.

A search was launched to find the St Helier resident, involving the States and honorary police as well as the Coastguard and the Channel Islands Air Search plane.

Giving evidence at the opening of Mr Graham’s inquest, PC Shaun Jacob said that he was found dead after two days of searching. His body was found by two of his friends at 3.30 pm on 17 September on derelict wasteland near Victoria Avenue.

PC Jacob said that there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.
