Last year’s Durrell Dash raised £3,500
OVER 230 people have signed up for the Durrell Dash to raise funds for wildlife while running around the Trinity countryside.
The event on Sunday 18 October will be the second of its kind. The first in 2008 raised £3,500 for the Jersey Wildlife Conservation Trust.
The race, which is organised by Durrell events co-ordinator Beth Laybourne and volunteer Henry Hill, starts in the Durrell wildlife car park at 9 am.
The 13-kilometre route covers lanes in three parishes and ends in front of Les Augrès Manor.
