Boy (15) charged with rape

A 15-YEAR-OLD BOY has been charged with raping a teenage woman in an attack earlier this week.

He appeared in the Magistrate’s Court this morning charged with rape and robbery.

The charges follow an alleged attack on a 19-year-old woman in a field near Overdale Hospital at 1 am on Tuesday.

The boy, who lives in St Helier, was arrested after a massive police operation and spot checks by officers to try and find the attacker.
