Marco details his Jersey offering

CELEBRITY chef and restaurateur Marco Pierre White is to open three restaurants at the Castle Quay development at the Waterfront.

The Hell’s Kitchen star and this year’s Mr Battle of Flowers will put his mark on the restaurants on the ground floor of the new apartment development.

Each one will offer sea views and year-round dining terraces but different types of menu. They will open for business over the winter of 2010.

As well as residential apartments, Castle Quay includes 46,000 sq ft of commercial space and the Marco Pierre White restaurants will occupy about a third of available restaurant space.
