RJAHS Autumn Cattle Show

THIS year’s Autumn Cattle Show was hailed a tremendous success by the president of the Royal Jersey Agricultural and Horticultural Show, Steven Le Feuvre.

He said that the show, held earklier this month at the Royal Jersey Showground, was well attended and enjoyed by all.

‘The quality was very high and it was well supported by the exhibitors,’ he said. ‘The judge, Richard Saxby, came from Yorkshire and he did a superb job. It was especially good to hear him give the reasons for his placings, making it clearer for both the spectators and the owners.’

Mr Le Feuvre added that it had been good to see so many guests and dignitaries, including several States Members and the Lieutenant-Governor, Lieutenant-General Andrew Ridgway, at the show.
