Aztec’s fourth straight win

AZTEC Springfield increased their lead at the top of Division II in the NatWest 6-a-side Indoor Cricket League last night following a fourth straight win.
At Fort Regent, Springfield defeated Phoenix Knights by 26 runs and coupled with second-placed Jersey Seniors’ 40-run defeat by JUBRFC, Springfield opened up a 12-point advantage.
Stuart Robson top scored with 40 runs as Springfield closed their 12 overs on 123 for 3. In reply, the Knights were restricted to 97 for five.
