18 treated at the General Hospital for swine flu
Eighteen Islanders have been treated in hospital for suspected swine flu since the virus arrived in Jersey, the Health Department have revealed.
Six patients are currently in isolation in the General Hospital and are believed to be recovering well.
The others have been discharged after being tested and treated with the anti-viral drug Tamiflu.
It is believed that only a small number of those treated actally had the swine flu virus.
