JERSEY surfer Ben Skinner’s year just keeps on getting better as he has been crowned ESF European Longboard Tour champion.

In his latest triumph the 24-year-old put in yet another outstanding performance to win the fourth and final event of the tour in Estoril, Portugal, and finish more than 1,500 points clear to take the overall honours.

This makes it a hat-trick of European victories for the longboarder having won the ASP World Tour European qualifying event in April, held in Tapia de Casariego, Spain, as well as the Eurosurf title last month in Jersey.
