All-CI final still on the cards

The Jersey Football Combination's first tie in the FA System Cup was against Guernsey at Springfield in 2007. The Sarnians won 3-1.

THE possibility of an all-Channel Islands final in the FA Carlsberg National League System Cup is still alive after Jersey and Guernsey were kept apart in the quarter-final draw made yesterday afternoon.

And football fans in both islands will get the opportunity to see their league representative teams as they have both been drawn at home.

The Dandara Jersey Football Combination select host the Dorset Premier League while Guernsey’s County One side entertain the Hertfordshire Senior County League.
