December saw a record amount raised by the radio charity auction in aid of the Christmas Appeal, some stunning sun rises and massive waves at St Ouen.

There was also ice skating at Fort Regent; a pantomime at the Opera House; a record number of people swimming in the sea on Christmas Day; and a huge turnout for the annual Boxing Day car run.
